If you happen to have an issue with your monthly bill, it is your responsibility to bring this to the attention of the bookkeeper immediately. Please be considerate and pay the non-disputed amount, while the other charges are investigated. Disputes not brought to the attention of the bookkeeper within 30 days of the date of invoice will be deemed correct and will not be changed.

Late Fees

We reserve the right to charge a late fee of $50.00 for any invoice not paid by the 15th of the month. Interest will accrue on accounts over 30 days late at 1.5%.

Blacksmith

All horses will remain on a regular shoeing schedule. Clients will be responsible for all shoeing costs of the horse, owned or leased. The Farrier will bill each client directly. In the case of a lost shoe, the barn office may be able to aid in replacement with the first available farrier.

Veterinarian

All horses must be current on all vaccinations including West Nile. Horses should be de-wormed on a regular basis and have their teeth floated at least once a year. The veterinarian will bill directly to the client, and said client is responsible for all treatment charges.

Health and Wellbeing

As a top Training facility, we care about the health, performance and wellbeing of your horses. We highly recommend the correct maintenance of your horses and we regard them as athletes. We strongly suggest all our training horses be put on monthly oral supplements, i.e. Electrolytes, joint care, and hoof supplements. We use the company Smart Pak, which ships your supplements directly to us for use in our supplement program. We also recommend the benefit of routine treatments of Legend and Adequan, to be given by your treating veterinarian.

Change of Service

Please remember we require you to fill out a change of service form for any and all changes of service. You can find these forms in the barn office.

Insurance

We strongly recommend all horses be insured for mortality and major medical.
