Horse Show Rates
These are our daily charges; please note the fees are listed for Training and Non-Training clients, as well as Multi-day and One-Day fees.
Multiple Day Training Clients
Rail and Grooming- Warm Up Day and Show Days
This fee is for the trainer to school and prepare the horse and rider for their classes. Includes complete horse preparation for the show, as well as the horses care while at the show.
$90.00 per day
Grooming and Care- Non-Show Days
For the complete care of the horse on days they do not show, does not include lessons at the show or rides of the horse.
$55.00 per day
Ride Fees
This fee applies for each day the horse is shown in the ring in a class, as well as on the warm-up day of the show.
$35.00 per day
Multiple Day Non-Training Clients
Rail and Grooming
This fee is for the Trainer to school and prepare the horse and rider for their classes. Includes complete horse preparation for the show, as well as the horses care while at the show.

Ride Fees
This fee applies for each time the horse is shown in a class or ridden, as well as on warm-up day of the show.

Grooms Tip
A daily gratuity is required, as the grooms work hard to ensure your horse is as best prepared as possible. We recognize many of you tip well past the minimum, which is greatly appreciated.

Expense Split
This fee includes supplies, tack rooms, grooming stalls, feed stalls as well as show set up.

This fee includes all feed and shavings while at the show.

These expenses include trainer’s hotel, food, or hook up fees while at the show.

Horse Show Deposits

Braiding
Paid by the client directly to the Braider the night before the last day of the show.

Paid by the client directly to the show office including your horse’s individual stall as well as trainer’s classes on your horse before the last day.

Only available if there are 6 or more horses on grooming, in lieu of grooming fee. Includes horse’s preparation and care at the show.

Attention All Show Clients
It is mandatory that before any show that we receive a copy of all your membership cards as well as your horse’s registration numbers and your SSN#( USEF requires this for every rider). If you plan on attending any show on our schedule please let us know and we will add you to the sign up. Please be advised this does not assure you that entries for the shows will not incur a late fee. To avoid late show fees, please send your entries in as soon as you have verified we are going to the show, and know you will be attending. We will not be responsible for late charges incurred. As a courtesy to you, we will be happy do your entries if needed.
